So, today is Monday. The first kinda official day of the half term hols, if you will. And it really wasn't that boring. =]
Obviously I myspaced this morning. Then showered and spent quite a bit of time reading. Like, seriously, read this book:
It is SO good, and I only started it yesterday. It is a little creepy/disturbing tbh, but that's ok. It's totally a Law And Order in book form. =]
Anywayyyyy, after my little reading session, an attempt to distract myself from the monotony of "internet days" (mentioned in my last blog entry), I made myself some pasta for lunch. I was pretty much just finished with that when the door went and I had to go babysit.
Fun times. No, seriously. I never realised how enjoyable making accessories for a shoebox house could be. We made a flatscreen TV and a sofa/bed and a fireplace and a cooker. *nods* Gonna add a table and curtains and stuff next time. ;] Yes, I truly am a kid at heart...
